The site, the skills, the framework documents, the audit dimensions, the prompt sets, and all related materials are informational reference material. Nothing on the site, in any skill, or in any associated documentation constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, investment, marketing, or professional advice of any kind.
Your use of the site or any skill does not create any professional, fiduciary, advisory, attorney-client, accountant-client, consulting, or agency relationship between you and Tu Tecnologia LLC, Dealer Growth Hackers, Dealer AI Guy, Ariel Coro, or any related party. We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change to reflect the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the site or the skills after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
These terms, together with the MIT License governing the skills and the Privacy Policy governing the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tu Tecnologia LLC concerning the site and the skills, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.
